If Client cancels appointment and does not reschedule services. There will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to card. There is no cancellation fee applied up to 3 rescheduling request. (This does not apply to same day changes) After 3 rescheduling request, client will be charged cancellation fee. After two no call no shows services will be discontinued and cancellation fee will be applied for each occurrence. There is no Cancellation fee for reducing services as long as services are updated 72 hours prior to appointment. Please contact nail tech via text or email for all service changes.
