Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Requests:
- All initial appointment requests must be approved, and there may be slight adjustments to requested times depending on availability. Same-day requests will not be approved; please schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card if a client cancels their appointment without rescheduling.
- Clients can reschedule up to three times without incurring a cancellation fee.
- A cancellation fee will apply for no-call, no-show instances, and clients will not be able to book future services after the second no-call, no-show.
3. Service Modification:
- There is no cancellation fee for reducing services, provided that changes are made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
4. Appointment Changes:
- All service changes must be communicated via text, call, or email to the Nail Tech.

5. Late Arrival:
- Appointments will be canceled if a client is more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, and a cancellation fee will apply.
- A $10 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes of tardiness; this fee will be waived if the client communicates before their appointment time.
6. Accompaniment Policy:
- Children are not permitted unless they are receiving services.
- No additional guests are allowed unless they are receiving services.
7. Hygiene Standards:
- Clients are expected to maintain appropriate hygiene. Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
8. Payment:
- All payments are required upon completion of services.
